SOMETHING A LITTLE DIFFERENT
Much like planning a wedding, most bridesmaids and brides-to-be want their hen party to be unique and different.
Most of your guest list will have been to their fair share of hen party weekends by now, and are beginning to predict the usual plan of bus, activity, dinner and drinks. The simplest of things can often make the biggest impact. Here are our recommendations to how you can make your party unique, fresh and personal to the bride to be!
Secret Destination
The simplest way to bring an element of surprise to your party is to go off the beaten track and choose a destination no one will expect! Some of the smallest towns in Ireland and the UK host some of our countries hidden treasures when it comes to accommodation and may not be the most frequented for hen party weekends.
Venues such as this will often be accommodating in allowing you to use function rooms for activities and party into the small hours. Our dance classes can come to you, meaning sourcing an activity won’t be an issue.

Class & Sass
Hen party dress up has come a long way from tutu’s and sashes! Create a dress code to stand out from the crowd. Suit it up for a female boss look and strut your stuff to a “Run the World” dance class inspired by Queen B herself! Or why not go for a bohemian style, coupled with floral headbands and a 70’s style, festival-inspired dance class. Or why not go for that old school Stepford Wife / Mad Men 50’s glamour and bring along your feather duster for a Shoop Shoop dance class!

Theme It
Themes are such a fantastic way to weave all the elements of your hen weekend together; from the destination, to the dress code, the activity, and even your meal! Opt for one that means something to your bride-to-be to make it personal to her. Is she a hippy at heart?! Why not opt for a bohemian-style weekend topped with floral headbands, glamping and drinks by the campfire, with a 70’s inspired dance class to go with!
The Finer Details
Sometimes, the smallest additions will be the most memorable. A memory book is a must. For the social media bugs amongst you, why not create a hashtag for your weekend to help you uncover all the moments afterwards? For the Boho goddess or Rock Chick hen, why not print your own personalised festival wristbrands? And, my personal favourite, personalised tattoos to mark the occasion – literally!
